Onsite Specialist - Customer Service

Calling all tech savvy individuals with great customer service experience!

Advanced Resources is looking for an onsite specialist for one of our clients in downtown Chicago!  Our client is looking to interview candidates ASAP and to start someone before August. Long term assignment with strong potential to go permanent.

Duties Include but not limited to:

  • Administrative and clerical duties
  • Service calls for light repairs on copiers and printers
  • Interacting with customers through email, phone and in person
  • Creating reports
  • Stocking supplies
  • Printer/fleet management experience a HUGE plus!

Education Level: High School Diploma required, College Degree preferred

Dress Code: Business Professional

Full time hours, Monday through Friday. NO WEEKENDS!

Skills & Qualifications: 
  • High School Diploma required, College Degree preferred
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a customer service environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Tech savvy, some exposure to printer/copiers and repairs or desire to learn
  • Desire to grow with a company
